Who We Are
We are an established team of governance experts with experience of working with a number of private and public sector organisations since 1998. We provide governance and company secretarial services for a range of clients including charities, the NHS and education sector.
We help organisations manage a short or long term gap in governance resource or assist individuals, teams and organisations to become more confident and competent in managing a variety of governance related matters.
We undertake short and long term projects to assist with resource and capacity issues, or specialised expertise.
Following a face to face meeting with you we draw up a bespoke and cost effective proposal to suit your budgetary requirements.
